Learning the Creighton Model FertilityCare System is relatively easy and very much empowering! It does require some time, energy and patience to learn but the effort is worth it as it's a definite investment in understanding your health.

Meetings can be done in person or via the internet using Zoom.
The learning schedule begins by attending a required Introductory Session. The Introductory Session is a power point presentation that is specifically designed to give you an overview of the system. It covers reproductive anatomy and physiology, the Creighton Model chart, and everything you need to know to get started with tracking your cycle.

At the Introductory Session you will receive your materials and schedule your first follow-up session and subsequent sessions if possible. The system is tailor-made for use by each individual couple or woman and is flexible to their needs.
The first follow-up will be scheduled two weeks from the Introductory Session. Subsequent follow-up sessions are scheduled every two weeks for the first two months of learning. The majority of the learning takes place at the first four follow-ups. After that, follow-ups will continue every 1-3 months until your chart is properly managed and you feel confident in the method.
*Some special situations, like breastfeeding may require an adjusted schedule (every six weeks)*

Long term follow up appointments are every 6 - 12 months as needed.
